Yoga Classes
A mixture of Iyengar, Viniyoga, Yin yoga and Hatha yoga. Beginners and walk-ins welcome. Limited to 8 spaces.

Class Schedule: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Cost: $60 unlimited monthly class pass or $8 drop in fee. First Class - Free!
Some Yoga Studio Guidelines ~
Please wear comfortable clothing to move in.
It is best to practice on an empty stomach or eat something light at least an hour before class.
The yoga studio is a cell-phone-free and perfume-free zone for everyone's optimal peace of mind.
Yoga mats are available for purchase in Creative Medicine for your convenience.
Limited to 8 people per class.
